Quality Assurance :

  • Impart training to staff to strengthen and update the personnel’s competency.
  • Conduct internal laboratory checks and quality control checks.
  • Ensure participation in proficiency testing programs.
  • Ensure calibration of equipment/instruments as per laboratory schedule.
  • To organize internal quality audits to verify gaps or non-conformances, if any and plan for necessary corrective and preventive actions.
  • To Coordinated external audits by regulatory agencies and customers.
  • To resolve customers’ complaints and observations.
  • To collect customer feedback in order to strengthen customer relations and organizational functions.
  • To work on acquiring more approvals/recognitions from regulatory agencies and customers.
  • SOPs to meet all the requirements of ISO 15189.
  • Datasheets and records for easy traceability.
