Quality Assurance :
- Impart training to staff to strengthen and update the personnel’s competency.
- Conduct internal laboratory checks and quality control checks.
- Ensure participation in proficiency testing programs.
- Ensure calibration of equipment/instruments as per laboratory schedule.
- To organize internal quality audits to verify gaps or non-conformances, if any and plan for necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- To Coordinated external audits by regulatory agencies and customers.
- To resolve customers’ complaints and observations.
- To collect customer feedback in order to strengthen customer relations and organizational functions.
- To work on acquiring more approvals/recognitions from regulatory agencies and customers.
- SOPs to meet all the requirements of ISO 15189.
- Datasheets and records for easy traceability.
